Tractor's getting some upgrades this weekend. Stack exhaust to start this off. Hopefully some bigger, badder tires on Sunday. Never thought a lawn mower would turn into a "build"

Where is everyone going for an alignment? None of the major chains with lifetime alignments want to do custom alignments for a lift. I'm at a loss on where to go. Any advice?

Pretty sure the stock caster is only 1.5°. Everyone seems to recommend maxing out the caster to around 2.5° after you lift and put on larger tires.

Might have to get ahold of a manager/supervisor, as youll probs have to sign some paper that if the alignment specs you give them muck the truck up, its on you etc.

Why change caster just because of a lift?

I think it has more to do with bigger tires having more leverage, so you increase the caster to keep the truck from wandering around the road.

I went with a modest lift and cant say I've noticed much wandering honestly. I still drive through traffic like a fucking nascar driver and I still feel comfortable with it. Have you experienced wandering on yours? I went 5100s with OME 886 springs and a 2" AAL in the rear

I'm going 3" up front and 2.5" in the back with a 285/75/16 on stock wheels with a 1.25" Spidertrax spacer. Really nothing too crazy, hopefully I won't run into any problems.

the more caster you have, the further forward in the wheel well the tire sits, thus rubbing your cab mount less or not at all. thats why some people get rub with 265/75R16, is the alignment they have dosent push the wheel far forward enough to clear the cab mount
