Third brake light

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good led third brake light?

 

What exactly are you wanting .. different look? Brighter lights?
I just replaced all 3 of my bulbs in 3rd brake light with LED's and they are way brighter

 

Both a different look and brighter lights, I found one on Amazon I am going to try out and see how it is.

I have a "Klearz" lens (looks just like the OEM red lens but its clear/smoked with Yorkim 194 red LED's. I'll post up pics tomorrow.

Up date on the third brake light, looked great but as soon as it rained it fogged up. I pulled it off and put the stock one back on and returned it very disappointing.

 

Caprizzy it looks great but in one picture .your door is ajar light is on! Not a led.Just kidding looks good .Hopefully the asshole behind u can c it!

 

Ha ha... all the inside lights are leds they are bright as hell the vanity ones almost blind folks (I forget to tell them before they open the mirror lol)

What kind of seal did it have between new light assembly and truck cab? And also did it have a rubber in-channel seal between lens and light assembly? Obviously it wasn't sealed tight somewhere.
I stuck with my factory 3rd brake light but replaced the 3 bulbs with leds .. its nice and bright

 

I think the seal between the light and the cab is fine but water gets in at the seam down in the screw holes where the two halves are joined together. It's possible you could use some clear or black silicone to seal the screw holes up.

 

It seemed to be sealed nicely it had the same foam type backing as the stock one I put silicone between it and the cab but watered found a way in between the lens and the mount somehow. I think I will do the same with LEDs in the stock one and all it good.

 

I think that's what happened with the bolt holes. I took it off and sent it back I didn't want to leave a faulty product on there I figured it would just get worse as time went by.
