Today I pop'd and locked! Fairly easy install other than getting that damn bolt started to hold the actuator on. It's a pretty tight fit in there.

You have a front rail? I either do not have one of never noticed it... If you added it, where did you get yours?

Any rubbing with the 275/70r17 on stock suspension? I have the same bfg tires and SCS ray10 wheels sitting in my garage. I'm waiting on my OME kit from @Low Range Off-Road before I installing them. image.jpg

I have been considering getting a pair for my headlights (lows) but unsure as I have read some reviews suggesting thy have poor throw distance compared to HID's.

Did you get H11 in the fogs?

I have Morimoto HIDs as my lows and OPT7 as my highs and I will say the HIDs are brighter and project farther than the LEDs through the projector lens. In the reflector dish the OPT7s do a good job of throwing light everywhere. I am looking for a better option to replace the OPT7 bulbs though.

I wish the highs had projectors as well :( I assume that is why I hear a lot of people like the opt7 in the fogs as they throw light well. I guess I am not too worried with the high beams as I am getting the stealth LED bar soon. I think I will go with HID's for my low beams and some opt7 for the fogs and just live with the high beams as is. The LED bar I'm sure will more then make up for the lack of light.

You'll definitely need to remove your mudflaps...I think you would have a problem with scs wheels cause they're definitely wider.

Bummer, the ballasts only last 2k hours... not a very lasting product or am I figuring average life span incorrectly?

So if I put BFG KO2 285/70/17 on my 17" SCS Ray10's on my 2016 2WD TRD OR with the Bilstein 5100 all around with a little lift and level, I would have a problem as well, the rims are not wider then the tires, sorry but I am clueless and sorry for the :threadjacked:
