So, Haspin Acres... https://goo.gl/maps/YGUDw2wAho22 (Not sure if the dropped pin works. It doesn't work on my work computer.)

    $35/person from Friday at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
720+ acres of hills, woods, and trails. You can camp anywhere you want just as long as it is not ON a trail. It's rustic so baby/dude wipes are a must.
There are all types of trails that I could see. Many of them I would've tried if I were with one of you guys, but instead I only had my brother's F150 crew cab with us and he couldn't go where I was going.. and I don't have a winch. Most of the common trails are UTV/ATV/dirt bike designed, but the Taco could get around them (which I did) with caution. The trails that the bigger vehicles (there were all types out there) could get around on were pretty gnarly. If I go again and it was raining heavily I would cancel the trip. Steep inclines, lots of dirt and rocks, major washouts, it would be a muddy mess that my stock suspension and Duratracs would have some trouble. Dry, it was fun. If I had sliders I would've been more brave. There are posted "no trail riding between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.", but where we were camping outside of the designated camp ground area, those times were not enforced. There were trucks/vehicles coming through several times during the night until 4 a.m. Saturday morning.

The pictures that I did take don't really do the park justice. I'm not real big on pictures so I just snapped a few. Unfortunately, they don't really reflect angles, depth, degree, etc. very well.

All-in-all it was a pretty cool place for a weekend trip. Kind of expensive and about a 2.75 hour drive from Columbus, but I think it would be worth it to get a group together and head out there.

And if grandma at the admissions desk tells you that her biscuits and gravy are "the best around", "around" is not very far. More like a milk and flour mix on some canned biscuits. I've had better b&g from McDonalds.

One more point of interest.. if you bring your kids (I didn't), you can stop and see and ride a real-life Thomas the Tank Engine in the nearest town from the off road park.
