Hoping someone with a little knowledge on shock valving can shim in hear. Im getting ready to install my new 6inch leaf srings and am having a hard time deciding on 3 different models of Bilstein shocks. The first shock i looked at is the 5125 with 255/70 valving, the second shock that really catches my eye is the 5150 with the attached remote reservoir which is available in two valving options 175/60 and 255/70 and the third is 6100 which is available in three different valving options 360/80, 275/80 and 170/60. I want to be able to get the softest ride possible while still maintaining control. Has anyone ran these options of shocks? Im honestly looking at either the 175/60 or the 170/60

I went with 170/60. However I went with OME Springs instead of the Alcans

I'm actually running the 255/70's now. I bought both the stiffer and softer ones. I installed the softer ones first and they road great, but i was curious and wanted to see if there was a noticeable difference between the two. Plus i was dealing with bad axle wrap and wanted to wait to put the softer ones back on just incase there would be harm done to the shocks from the axle wrap. I'm planning on putting the 170/60's back on next weekend cuss I just installed a traction bar this past weekend.
