All you have to is sign up, don't think it costs anything. In the northeast you'll be hard pressed to find anywhere that publicly discloses place to wheel because they are few and far between, and yahoos with bro dozers like to go wreck trails and get them shut down

Yea I understand the concern for secrecy, which is why I came here to ask. I just need a lite off road trail with some remote spot to set up shop for the night. Thanks for the response though, looks like that map is a great starter.

The map will get you the info you need. Enh has a pretty extensive repository of trail info, ratings, comments/conditions that obviously aren't contained in the map. But the map is more than enough to point you in the right direction

Does the high heat hurt the integrity of the wheel

No, I meant the coatings can take high heats and maintain their finish. I've seen them on headers and guns for example.

Depending on the coating, I'm not sure if they'd have to subject the wheel to a severe baking to make the coating stick or not. I'm not that familiar with the application to be honest. I just know the results are impressive.

What Mike said. Ceramic coatings are for the heat, it does very well with that. Powder is for almost everything else. It doesn't do well with heat though because it's almost like having a plastic coating over the part.
Powder the wheels, Ceramic the exhaust

Depends, and you will find a lot of debates on ceramic coated vs. stainless steel exhausts. Personally, I'd never coat a stainless exhaust. Mine is stainless and has a nice bluing. I love the look of it.

If you take that route it's pretty much guaranteed that you won't have any discretionary funds. She will, but you won't.

Prices are all over the place and the quality of the job is as well. Let me know if you want it done. I'll help you get a good price at a REALLY good powder coater. They did my wheels (twice) and my BIL is having his raptor wheels done soon.

Hard to be lonely when you're surrounded by Benjamins, Ulysses, and Jacksons. Easy to cuddle with those guys.

Evo is done for the summer... going with the cow color scheme.
Top is the new-to-me carbon hood that I bought 2 years ago and never installed... Also installed a new oem spoiler since the carbon clear was peeling. Next to get her inspected and road legal then sold to the highest offer.
