Yeah, but I won't judge the company's reputation on one employee's comments/suggestions. It's a nice kit and quality. I'll figure the squeak out eventually and get it fixed

Definitely avoid WD-40 down there. TriFlo is your best option because it is a dry teflon lubricant. It won't attract dirt the way a grease or other wet lubricant will. Might be that the shop cranked your lift up too high for the stock UCA's? I am running my stock UCA's but I only had the shop lift me about 1.5 inches.

Any clue how much they cranked you up in the front?

Was able to get a can of Tri-Flow not long ago. I sprayed the bushings and no more squeak. We'll see how long thins lasts though. Hope this helps everyone else with the same issue. As far as the lift, the coilovers were left at the factory setting.

That's pretty lame on icons part. Wd40 is far from the best solution. I believe in supporting companies that support customers. Sad.

Were you ever able to figure out the problem? Im having the same issues with a loud squeaking on my stage 2. I spoke to icon and they suggested spraying wd40 on the shaft to see if it helps. I did that and it did nothing. Now they think it might be a bearing on the top hat. Now they are sending me a new bearing but it sucks to have to pay a shop install the bearing and reinstall the shocks after its already been installed.

The squeaking eventually came back after several applications of tri-flow. What fixed the problem was getting aftermarket UCA's. I got the Icon tubular ones and I've never heard a squeak since. Problem is that now I hear a squeak in the rear springs. It's pissing me off

Why would the stock uca squeak if you didnt even touch them? That doesnt make sense. Yea the squeaking is so bad I can't even drive my truck.

Triflo solved it for me but honestly I think it was a break in thing cause I haven't had to reapply triflo all year. I shot triflo where the shock met the lower control arm. Good luck

I have the stage one, and it does pop and creak. And tri flow is the recommended solution, every few weeks you will need to spray a little on the lower mounts .

It sort of sucks , but I think the ride quality and general performance of this setup outweighs the squeek in issue.

The extra travel in the shocks could cause that ball joint to flex out more and squeak, happened to me on my Icon 2.5 Ext travel and my factory UCA's only had like 10k on them lol. Threw on Icon Delta's and it went completely away.

Reviving this thread again. Stage 3 Icon kit on a 2019 Tacoma with Delta UCAs up front.

(265/70R17 tire setup with about 2" of lift all around from the kit)

I'm getting serious squeaking at low speeds and some crackle and pop at sharp angles (backing into parking spaces, etc.) Sounds like replacing with the Delta UCA worked for some, but since I've already slapped that in that's not an option. What else should I check out?

About 1500 miles on the new setup already and it's still a thing.

I know this is an old thread but recently had this issue. Installed less than a year ago and about 10k miles put on the stage 2 kit with elevate UCA. Insanely loud squeak low speeds and when manually rocking the truck back and fourth. Had a small squeak straight away but in the last month has been intense. Took it to a new shop which is a reputable Toyota off road specific shop. it was the lower ball joint bushing where the shock connects to the lower control arm. Installed FRK bushings and solved the issue. 60 bucks in parts. If your a do it yourself type of person cheap fix. But about $500 after labor parts and alignment. Was told icon sold a while back and started using cheap parts and that piece wears very fast.
