    He was trying to replace the element and it wouldn't come out. He broke vice grips and tried drilling, grinding, etc.

    He's going to try again today but right now, there's no hot water because there are no contact points for the electricity.

    LMAO!! AWsome! I tried to fix mine 3 years ago. Not sure what I did, but I saw a large Blue Spark, and I think I began having a conversation with God at that point.....Anyway...When I woke up, I went, bought a new one, and threw the old one over my fence.
