While waiting on my cross-bars from VooDoo, this is what I came up with in the meantime using some old Yakima cross-bars from my last Tacoma. Surprisingly, they fit exactly (and snuggly) between the bed rails where the factory tonneau cover latch cut outs are. I have them zip tied to the cleats to ensure they don't go anywhere since the install is temporary. I'm not sure the length of the bars, but think they might be 54"...

Just picked up my 2016 TRD Sport on Saturday... I wasn't really liking the chrome grill so today I had some free time... So I pulled the grill off and painted the emblem satin black and the grill pieces winkle black. I'll post some pics once I get it re installed

Second-gen lurker here. (Third-gen coming sometime in the next few months.)

You're grill looks great. Out of curiosity, what is the OR grill made out of? Is it metal or plastic?

Whenever the truck change comes, I'll be doing something with that chrome too.

What type of spray paints did you use and from where? I have been planning on doing this to my truck this week in flat back, but to be honest, yours looks much better than my plans!

You can get the paint over at autozone or any auto parts store. It's a hi-temp engine paint.. It's alittle bit more durable than the normal spray paint.

Really like the look of this! Can you provide some info on the paint you purchased? Looking forward to your installed pictures.

Here's a link to the paint that I used.. But you can find it at any auto parts store in the paint section http://www.vhtpaint.com/high-heat/vht-wrinkle-plus-coatings
