    He's a natural!

Your weekend sounds like mine...got rained on Friday night and Saturday morning. We went diving in Lake Tahoe, temp was 44 degrees at 70 feet (that's getting a little too cold for me), vis sucked at 30 feet. I only did one dive.

After diving we went mountain biking. We rode the Tahoe Rim Trail to the Flume trail. The first couple of miles had a lot of snow. About mid way through the ride the cold I've been fighting kicked in full force. I was sooo cooked, I could barely pedal faster than a walking pace. Still feel like shit. I still had a super fun weekend.

Mastercraft Courser MXT. Made by Cooper tires.Traded my 33s Hankook Mt with a friend for these in 35s. I was hesitant at first but impressed by them. Super grippy and tough. Abused them in Moab and local trails, no complaints.

They look kinda like the cooper st pro. Weird they would odm one of their own tires.

They have more of the STT version. I'm impressed with them(STT), didn't like the fact they decided to do the Pro version instead of continuing with what works, kinda a cross between a MT/AT now.

Might have to look into them instead.

Yeah I had the S/T MAXX before I had the STT Pro. While I really like my Pro's, I still think the MAXX was the perfect tire.

Have a small group going to Bald Mountain this weekend. Just some driving and proper glamping. Leaving Friday afternoon from the south bay/peninsula and going up bald mountain Saturday, returning Sunday. PM me if you are interested.

I have a preplanned event to attend with the wife Saturday in SF but will see if I can get out of it. I was just there but want to go back to try another obstacle I did not find the last time. I'll get a answer by later today...

If anyone wants to do poker flats this weekend with us. We are heading up there saturday morning. Can get you out on sunday at La Porte, or on monday in Sloat.

I will be out there for a week, but you only need to be there this weekend. Have a fun lil group so far.

I know a bunch of you have already done this trail recently, however if anyone is interested, Danny @DannyBFresco and I are hitting the Poker Flat trail starting Sunday (21st) morning. The trail is rate moderate and is roughly 29 miles long. Per the trail books and the recommendation of numerous experienced members here, it should take 4-6 hours to complete (Downieville trail head to La Porte). If everything goes well and we make good time, we plan on hitting "The Shack" on the way back. Hit me up if you're interested in going, more the merrier.

We came into Poker Flat from Johnsville on 8/6. The descent (you'll be going up) into Poker Flat was the most interesting part of the run.

I camped near Little Dear Lake a couple weeks ago. We had the whole place to ourselves. The trail can be a bit rough in a couple sections depending on which way you come in from.

The night before we camped near Summit Lake. It's by Deer Lake road and there was traffic early in the morning. We saw a dozen jeeps, 4 or so mountain bikers and 2 PCT through hikers early in the morning.

Anyone doing a weekend trip between Sept 3/4 - Oct 1/2, except 24/25th? Would like to do easy/moderate trails as its my first Taco and novice but got the truck to use it. If we could camp by a lake to fish Sat night that'd be a HUGE plus.

Anyone have any suggestions for trails around Crater Lake? Headed up there with my dad in a few weeks. We'll probably hike one day and off-road the next, so some sort of moderate half-day loop would be perfect.

I found this on a Jeep forum, but not quite suire... http://naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1102855
