If you want to go broke, check out the Red Pheasant on 6A. My brother is the bartender there....but be warned, you better be prepared to open your checkbook!

Everything down here seems that way. The brunch was over 200. Sunday am, Chapin's was over 170. for dinner and the drinks sucks. I had a vodka and cran and asked the waitress if she forgot to order it with vodka, Lisa and my oldest tried to be sure before I asked. The second one was no better, I switched to beers

If you are looking for local food that is cheaper, check out the Riverway on Route 28 in Yarmouth. They are more of a bar type restaurant and are definitely cheaper, but not as classy. Otherwise, check out Kream 'n Kone down at the other end of Route 134 - a lot cheaper but great seafood (mostly fried stuff) if you are up for it.

When are you leaving? I got a survey to do in Yarmouth on Friday - if you around still, I'll buy a beer!

Gotta plug Captain Frosty's and Sesuit Habor cafe. Sesuit is BYOB and seating is all outdoor along a harbor way.

I will still be here and will definitely meet up for a beer. We usually hit up Sundae School over that side. The bride wants to head down to Sesuit Harbor for dinner one night also.

Made it to northern Vermont and back without issues in the Taco pulling the new camper. I'm impressed by the truck. It was definitely hard pulling in the mountains but the truck managed. The next big trip is southern Vermont in a few weeks and then all the way out to Raystown Lake in PA in August. Stopped at Cabella's on the way home to dump the tanks and picked up a generator to help keep the lights on while we're boondocking in the future. Thinking of buying/building a bumper mount to carry it on the back of the camper but haven't looked at that possibility yet. Anyone got suggestions?

Look at the Forest River campers, they have a fold down rear rack that's pretty cool. Personally, I have a small generator that I keep in the truck. It's only an 800W 2 stoke and I use solar panels to help keep the battery charged during long stays without hookups. I would look at swapping all your lights to LEDs then try and limit water (pump) use as much as possible. The lights are a big saver, I swapped all mine to LED and use a Coleman propane lantern most nights. I just bought a Ryobi fan that I'm going to try out this next trip also. It uses all my drill batteries but I have 6 of them so it should be good.

@mach1man001 Rob that battery on the camper, do you think it's too far gone to charge it?

Fixed. The list of outcasts is growing!
Take it to Autozone, they'll load test it for free I believe. It's worth a shot charging it though! Deep cycle batteries aren't cheap.
