You selling your place then

 

It's true man it's how I start every morning on my drive to work, been doing the ultra orange can ones for the last few months.

 

The backyard and pool are perfect. The garage, the driveway, and the HOA.... not so much.

Actually think my parents may buy it from us. Or buy the other house in payson and we just pay each other's mortgages, less paperwork.

In a quick search I found a GREAT lot and house in Round Valley, 1 acre on county land but within the Payson fire district. Just a little above our price range, but stranger things have happened.

Still waiting for her to get back to the hotel room and tell me what happened today. I think they were headed out for TN BBQ.

But then you don't get to run around saying "I have a diesel and I tow 2 times a year!"

Ball Joint uppers on a lifted chevy that appears to be build to go fast offroad? Don't see those lasting.

 

Uniballs FTW.
Lots of extra stress on lifted stuff especially IFS fronts.
I wore out a set of Uniballs and lower BJ's on mine and a few idler pitmans even though they have built in bracing.

 

Hrmm, I said uniballs and BJ's in the same sentence.

 

unitit, I am picturing like a unibrow. just one solid tit going across the chest.

 

Fortunately no HOA in my neighborhood, but my parents have been written up for a tire being on the rocks by like a half inch in their development.

 

Of there is no HOA who wrote them up?

 

I'm guessing he meant his house doesn't have an hoa but his parents development has an hoa and they wrote them up at that residence.

 

Makes sense. I didn't read it right. Been a long 24 hours. Finally just got the wife home from the hospital.

Now I'm playing nurse. And I don't even get a snazzy nurses outfit with matching thigh high boots...

I was going to go with its to hot for leather boots right now.

 

Want to borrow some scrubs/snazzy outfit? Just have to find your own thigh high boots...I'm sure we wear a different shoe size.
