The more I think about it, it may be a plan for the next few years. Looks like I'd pay 225-280k for a house lol. We'd need to get the damn cars paid off first. Maybe we'll take a trip down there and ride around all the different neighborhoods and stuff

 

You think County would be better? Are you in LE or you know people?

 

Yes I am about excited as buying a new truck , it turned out awesome

 

There is NO WAY I could live in Charleston and deal with that traffic every day. I'd focus on Mt Pleasant or even Awendaw and only go into Charleston when I had to.

I know Charleston county really well. One of my close friends is with them

Did I mention I'm working 12 hrs make that 15 hrs

I got away without the vice block...it helps a lot though. You'd need an AR wrench too
