It was tough for me too man. Hope it works out for you. I quit over 10 years ago and still carry mints in my pocket to fight off the craving when I get it. mind over matter imo. You can do it!!!

Same goes for me. Been at it about 7 years, smoke on and off when I drink too. All that's gotta go this New Year's. Thing is, I'm not all that motivated right now to quit. Been stressing over a couple of things lately that I'm not sure I need the stress of quitting added on. So I might not quit till things get a little better. Is that a lame excuse? lol

I havent bought a pack since freshman year college, which is the first half of 2007, but I still manage to bum a shit load of cigs every time Im out. I havent smoked a single cig in the last week and I havent really had the urge...I may continue that for next year just to see if I can really COMPLETELY stop smoking.

Other than that, I need to get off my ass and find a job!

mine is to relax a little more. I take things to serious, like i took down hill racing too serious and invested to much money into that and didnt just ride to ride and have fun.
After EMT training, get a job at the hospital.
And possibly half marithon or something else like that.
