I emailed to check on my order status and they responded quickly that they are preparing the 2nd round now.

 

Did you order a GB40?

 

Just got the following email...

So apparently they haven't even bothered to ship it yet.

"We encountered some problems with USPS about missing packages, we had to hold the shipment first"

??? To me this means one of two things...

1. They failed to bring all of the packages to USPS and therefore had to hold off on shipping because they fucked up

2. They're saying USPS lost some packages so they held off on shipping... which makes no sense because they'd have to be shipped first to be lost


I appreciate all of the work on this @ramonortiz55 but as @dcsbtaco stated, this is terrible customer service. They've given me little to no information throughout the process, even after I've requested it. To top it off, the phone number they provided in the order email is disconnected. I know I'll receive my item, and I'm not in a hurry, but they need to communicate better and stop over promising and not delivering.

Yeah, I did the gb40.

 

Their email is glitchy, i have no idea whats up with it.

I had a phone call from them, couldn't answer, probably an update on this USPS issue you guys are bringing up. Ill give him a call after work and see what is up.

Hey guys, sorry I have not checked the thread these past 2 days, been out. Just found out our email server is currently down, we've been having issues with our ISP since yesterday. All who ordered GB40's should have received them, there are a couple of people who ordered GB40's and GB70's, those will ship together when the GB70's come in. Pls PM me directly with any questions or issues and ill look it it up.

No, just two of the 40's. Frankie actually called me as soon as I started writing this to update me about the situation. Apparently they got shorted a few and are getting more soon. Good deals are worth the wait so no complaints here. Thanks for offer to help me out!!

Got caught up with everyone here and this is what happening. Seems that NoCo shorted us on this shipment of GB40's. 18 members are affected and did not get the product sent on this batch. My shipping folks sent out all the product that arrived. They did send me a notification that we were short this weekend but I was out until today, so I apologize about the mixed information that has been received. I chatted with NoCo this morning and they were nice enough to admit that their manifest was wrong. Take full responsibility on this one, should have done the count my self rather than count on packing slips. Below is the list on the members that are still waiting on their GB40's

I been talking to a few of you personally, please PM me direct if you have any questions. If you dont mind waiting, we'll get these shipped out as soon as NoCo receives the GB70s. So far they have confirmed they are on time and due to arrive late next week. I will be vigilant and stay on their ass until we get all of our product out. Thank you

Frank thank you for keeping up on this. I was just wondering about this today. Please tell them that we will accept being upgraded from gb40's to gb70'S for the inconvenience......

Or atleas some extra ACC's for them would be cool.. Still patiently waiting for my GB 150.. I hope there's no problems with that one since I gotta wait a extra month :l

Alright, forgot to post that I disconnected my Battery and jumped it 3 times, then moved onto co-workers V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee and did that twice. Easy peassseeeee, lemon squuuezeeeee.

Still had 75% showing.

 

But, but...other guys who didn't buy it said it wouldn't work. Said we got ripped off. You mean we actually got a screaming deal on a good product thanks to @ramonortiz55 and @FranKieBoNes?

 

** Vendor Update **
Happy Monday folks, just got word from NoCo, they received the GB70's and are starting to ship out. They have a backlog so they are shipping as they received the order. I am working finding what position we are exactly in line so we can get an exact ship date, but they expect to have everything out this week. Keep you posted
