Perfect! At least its a lot more fun for now, instead of being lowered like a civic hahaha. That thing was in the weeds I wish I took a picture of it pre-lift!

The ones I have dont have any DOT rating on them but they do have a hi/lo beam setup.
I have used them at night and have had no people flashing at me so I assume its not blinding people I aimed them so it would not annoy people and it seems to be working great
    Would recommend them for sure.

Did a lift today, OME 3" and Dakar spring pack. Came out great!!
Thanks for choosing me for the service, I go the extra mile grinding lower mounts for shock body clearance, greasing all bushings inside and out, tightening all the spring bolts when at ride height to make sure there is no weird spring preload ( the front spring bushings are molded to the spring so they have a limited amount of twist and they always try to go back to "home" position).
It's all these little things that I do that make the difference! And it's attention to detail that keeps my customers coming back and hopefully recommending my work to others.

Anyway here's what I did this morning!

Did another OME lift on Monday, this one really needed it stock shocks, were completely blown and the lower bushings on the front coilovers were totally smoked! Definitely was time for an upgrade..
Did the OME 3" kit with full leaf packs, I stole this pic from his post but Ill upload some of my own from my phone later on.

If anybody needs lifts or other work just let me know!

    Yeah, it was beyond done..

Did another lift yesterday, one more OME from the group buy been doing lots of them lately and wondered why, guess they sold over 100 kits in the group buy.

I have several more coming in over the next couple of weeks to do.

Just wanted to give Jason another 5 star positive +++++ review.
was on the fence of using a local tire shop which would have been cheaper. but still couldn't trust that the job would have been done correctly or with hidden cost.

jason took care of my baby and answered all my questions.
ended up removing one of my overloads since i currently dont run any added weight on the bed and she sits good and level on the eye.IMG_0471.jpgIMG_0472.jpg

Thank you for choosing me I really appreciate it and if you have any questions or concerns or if there is anything else I can do for you dont hesitate to ask for a quote
Im glad I could help and very much appreciate the business. I have done 4 OME lifts since Monday till today, 4 lifts in 6 days.

The one lift I did today was on a 1st gen that looked it came from the bottom of the ocean, I had to cut off the front spring eye bolts since they were seized, as well as cut off the old U-bolts since they were not following my commands!
Every little thing was fighting me today but I finally got it, however it took me double the time I had expected to spend on it..Damn Utah salt!!

Thanks for the support everyone, its great people like you guys that allow me to continue working for myself and working on Tacos every day!

    THANK YOU!!

BTW been working every single day on trucks but havent taken any pictures, sorry guys. I have done 3 lifts, (2 OME), 2 Cab mount chops, yesterday did a set of cam tab gussets.
Also started building another turbo system for a 1st gen!

Now I am starting to continue with the build for my truck finally!
Yes, as most of you know it has a modified LS1 engine and a T-56 6 speed manual trans, but thats just the beginning! Now I am going to pull the fuel tank and either enlarge it or just make a new one from scratch that will hold more than 14 gallons since the V8 tends to be a little thirsty in comparison to the 4 banger.

AND I am collecting more parts for the turbo kit I am going to build for it, yep you heard that right! I am going to turbocharge my LS1 swapped Tacoma! Its fast now, soon it will be ridiculous!!

Oh and Happy Independence day everybody!!

I think it depends where you buy it at and who does the work. I mean the sky's the limit on that subject...so maybe $3000 minimum to... $100,000 for race car status

I figured about 10k. Not that I'm looking to do this. My wife would hang me if I told her I was taking the engine out of my new truck.

For the mechanical portion it would range, one tough issue is trying to get the gauges to work since they are looking for different signals so would be best to go with aftermarket gauges.

I havent done the swap on a 2nd gen, not sure what headers will work if any, then the trans, not sure what fits...lots of variables.
Then the cost of buying an engine and trans and ECU.
Would NEVER happen for $3K, you wont even get the drivetrain for that much, lol. Maybe the Iron block version 5.3, thats a lot cheaper, I have seen them got for $1500 for high mileage stuff.

Answer is, I dont know, but you better have a blank check!

To do one exactly like mine (minus the motor mods and tuning, motor bone stock) the motor/trans/ECU cost me $3650, and it had a bad clutch ($500 more) So over $4K just for the engine/trans, had to custom make the headers, custom exhaust, larger twin pass aluminum radiator, custom rigid coolant hoses, custom driveshaft, custom shifter location, rewiring the ECU having it flashed to remove the VATS system and connect the OBDII system, merge the GM AC compressor into the Toyota system, as well as the GM Power Steering pump into the Toyota rack, custom fuel filter/regulator, etc....I am leaving out a lot, plenty more details..

To do one like mine would probably be about $12K after everything is factored in. Then you add in mods $$$$$

Just an FYI I can do any of this work on Tundras, 4Runners, and FJs as well. So if ya guys know anybody that needs work on one of these its all the same to me pretty much! As well as work on cars as well, lowering, engine upgrades, etc..
I also work on other makes and models as well but I prefer to do Toyota overall, haha.

If anyone is looking to get work done, Jason is the man! Does amazing work at a competitive price, and he really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. He did a complete suspension install for me, spindles, coils, brake lines, shocks, leaf pack, wheel spacers, cab mount chop, there is literally nothing he can't do. Explained everything as he was doing it and got it all done in one day! Super impressed with his work ethic and dedication to his customers. Without a doubt will be going back for anything in the future! Also, Jason does the cleanest cab mount chops you've ever seen! Thanks again man.C1690A27-7EFC-429C-BAB0-FF9B008E9982.jpg 8AA4C99B-ED2D-4C06-8B89-584DB56F9BC8.jpg IMG_7241.jpg IMG952719.jpg B5E4FAD2-3EDF-4B24-97D2-EAD841E76C94.jpg
