I think they sent you the wrong part? It's usually a regular hex bolt. It doesn't look like there is even a shoulder to catch so no matter how far you thread the nut on it won't tighten down.

Anyone used the HF tubing roller. Just bought one with a bunch of swag off road dies, hydraulic jack adapter, and the electric roller upgrade. Only thing it doesn't have is the weld on wings. Just wondering if they were worth adding.

There is a flange on the end, so when I tighten the bolt it tightens around the bearing, but I can only tighten it so much since there is nothing to grip.

I'd just buy a hex bolt and be done with it, but you might be able to take a cutoff wheel and cut a groove on the end to hold with a big flathead screwdriver. Another idea is to tack a small tab to the end of the rod so it binds against your gusset while tightening.

So here is the first bends coming out of the vertical bender. It's super easy the look down the tube and line it up. The pipe lays perfectly flat on the ground. The only thing that is a little bit of a pain is trying to get the pipe into the die and put the pins in by yourself. So 2 people would make using this bender super easy.

Thanks! I actually took a tarp, folded and cleanly duct taped it to fit and using tarp clamps/bungee to secure it from the sliders. If its like a 1 time chance of 80% rain, that will work. If I see 2+ days of bad weather, doors will go back on. I also notched the hinge so I can put he top bolts in the stock doors and slide them on the hinge, tighten, then place the bottom bolts in so it can be a one man job.

if a system is moving through, yes

weather here in southern GA is like 2 weeks of 100* then 4 days of storms so its not too bad.

I also have a 1 piece all weather flooring I installed and wet okole seat covers so its as protected as youre gonna get a tube door vehicle haha.
