auto/manual? mileage intervals? you might want to include more info if for your specific scenario. I have a manual, and drain/fill every 30k with Redline MT90. Works for me.

If you're at >90k miles on the factory fluid, leave it alone.

If you're at <90k miles, do a simple drain and fill at the pan once a year or every other year. Takes around 3-4 quarts of WS fluid to renew the additive pack. Torque the DRAIN bolt to 16 lb-ft of torque with a fresh crush washer. Follow the factory service procedure where you jump the OBD to enter temp check mode.

You can do a flush at the cooler lines if you want, or if you plan on switching to something like Valvoline Max Life ATF.

Heat kills transmissions. Be cognizant of trans temps and you won't have to worry about getting a rebuild or a reman during your ownership of the vehicle. Fresh ATF has components that deter heat-related wear, but only last so long.
