    Originally, when I saw the first post with the drawing, I thought it was a flat panel with small rectangles of Velcro attached to it, so you could put bags with Velcro sewn on the back anywhere you want to. That way the panel would be stronger, not as much flexibility in it and you wouldn't have to wrap the Velcro pieces around the back.
