Frames on these trucks are real high and tucked in. On 32s my biggest jack still needs a 4x4 block to get tires off the ground so i cant see the factory one being any help.

You would think Toyota would have realized the jack isn't up to the task. Oh well I just need to cut a decent block and stash it away with the jack.

I couldn't imagine rolling on 35s without a regear in mine. I'd wait to get 35s and tub while your doing the swap.

Slowly but surely getting it done. Got a little done after work today.
Chopped the rear fenders an inch and a half. Definitely going to be cutting more later. But I took it for a spin. No front fenders and some large holes on the floorboards.

I think you have to jack directly under the rear axle or under the LCA in order to get a wheel off the ground even with stock lift. I worry if I had to change a spare with the OEM bottle jack.

Alright I was waiting until everything kinda settled to post about this. So my friend rear ended me at a yield sign on saturday.
    image.jpgimage.jpg image.jpgimage.jpg
So basically he plowed into me without looking from a stop and somehow managed to cause this much damage, the bumper, bed, tailgate, and tail light obviously need replacing, and the bed kicked up and hit the cab making a nice dent on the drivers side and a bunch of peeling paint. We got an estimate that said it would be over $10k to fix everything including labor. Both the insurance and collision shop said they saw no frame damage, but this isn't conclusive. Insurance totaled it but since there is no frame damage (as far as I know as of right now) I might replace everything myself and have the cab damage professionally done. It was not my fault at all (I think that's pretty obvious) so insurance won't go up either. Now time to rebuild, not letting go of this thing this easy, have way too much work into it. Worst part is I JUST fixed the rust hole in the bed :annoyed:. Finding a bed hasn't been too easy so far.
Forgot to mention Im also on a 2 week vacation in Florida and this happened just days before we were supposed to leave.. Great start to my vacation haha
