I too, hope nothing comes of it. I hope its clean. I hope its simply a DA who doesn't want to ruin lives or care to be re-elected.

I don't think that's all they'll get. Just what's happened so far. The ride-alongs and drug rehab / gun classes were court-ordered.

We may or may not see them in the game in Dallas. I doubt we'll hear more about what Saban makes them do to get out of his dog house.

 

I mean, stadium stair runs are a bitch.

 

But ride alongs and classes are in air conditioning. I'd hate for them to be out in the hot sun.

 

Ehhhh....victimless crime. Run them through the wringer and if they don't learn then cut them or worse. College kids do dumb shit but in this case nobody was hurt, nobody was targeted to be hurt, and a couple of idiots got caught being idiots.

If they don't respond to discipline then go from there.

If you venture back a few posts, you'll notice I wasn't siding with the DA, at all.

HOWEVER. Rape is just a tiiiiiiiiIIIIIIIIIIny bit different.

 

Agreed, rape is awful. But I don't know why you would associate rape with UT? None of these cases have even been through court yet? What happened to innocent until proven guilty? I hear Robinson was found "in possession" of an illegal fire arm, but no prosecution was even made from it. So you tell me what's worse, someone being accused of something while it is in the middle of an investigation, or a player being caught red handed and then let off the hook?

 

Answer me this. Did Jameis rape that girl? It requires a 'yes-or-no' answer.

Look, you have nothing to worry about, those players implicated will be wearing orange for a long time.

 

We'll see when the time comes, but as of now there aren't many details we can go off of minus your "expert" opinions. However, we know for a fact that Robinson was let off because he's a football player, a good one at that. Inexcusable.

If those players are fairly tried and found guilty, by God I hope they find themselves in jail as well. Is there any point you're trying to make here because this surely doesn't sound football related?
