So dropped my truck off at 9:30. Went in at 10, got a call at 12:30 and they claimed they manual checked my ATF. I didn't paint the bolt prior, so is there any real way to know if it was checked or not? Said all the fluids looked good. He assured me they would check it.

I would just be straight up with him about knowing the procedure requires the truck be much cooler than operating temp and ask how it's possible that it came down to the required temperature in such a short period of time. I wouldn't be a dick about it... yet. Just be clear that you're aware of the procedure and the amount of time it should actually take and go from there.

Did they do this at no charge or are they trying to make you pay for it?

First it's on the front bumper. Second I backed into a empty parking spot. Some jackass must have pulled in swiped me.

edit: @smugly here is the reply ^

Honestly, just engine enamel on the first coat and then break caliper paint for the second (what I had laying around). It ended up looking pretty flat which is what I was going for. We'll see what the road/trail does to it. I can always pop it off and repaint as needed.

Thanks man. But yeah I have that exact thought process. People not taking responsibility. He probably saw it was a new truck and decided he wouldn't want to pay for it.

You could go to the owner link, top right hand corner. If you have not set up a page you will need to do so. Everything they do to your truck will be listed. This you can use if your transmission fails.

Nothing fancy, yet. Weathertech mats front/back + their mud guards, some reflective striping and custom carpets on the storage bin lids underneath the jump seats.
Got one on the Darth Vader head equipped Yamaha Super Tenere, too. =)

First time poster here... had the truck for a couple of months, so this didn't happen all today :D: tint, Wet Okole, wrapped chrome bumper, bezel and Toyota emblem, de-badged, Husky x-act liners, door cup protector, Covercraft UVS 100 sunscreen, oem running board, oem door sill protectors and dipped wheels (temporary)... next up: new wheels, tires and lift, roof rack, tonneau and cargo divider... and possibly RAD or BAMF grille.

I have had my truck since last November and all the wax mine has seen is from a spray bottle. Eagle One Wax As U-Dry and Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Wax. Like to buy a bottle of Meguiar's Liquid Wax and 6 to 12 more microfiber towels so I can get a coat of wax on it for winter.

I'm not concerned with clay bar, I never used it back in the 70's & 80"s so I see no need for it now.
