Well I skipped for Father's Day but I'm still making progress, I keep forgetting to weigh in the morning but I know I'm dropping pounds because my shorts are damn near falling off....... I'm doing several miles in the evenings and still lightly exercising. I think it's close to time to step up my game......

Yeah that was not good. One of our guys just finished a new dock 3 weeks ago close to Kim's Marina. My sons project is out on Mahoghany Cove. He has a staging area at Hellgate and then we transport across the lake to the site..

Got a BF % estimation today (one of the devices you hold out in front of you). 10.3%. Pretty happy with it but I'd like to get to single digits.

My scale readings are just all over the damn place. Swings of 3# day by day, obviously water weight. I'm getting bloat from hitting the weights now, so there's that. But, clothes are getting looser by the day so I know something is going right.

So first night back in the gym last night and it sucked so bad. Did lite walking for 45 minutes and after 44 I was hurting so bad that I had to stop. I started hurting around 30 minutes at 3.5 mph and pushed a little longer but dropped to 3mph made it another 15 but was definitely not what I was expecting. I figured I could walk no problem and probably walk for about 2 hours is what I had set myself up for. Needless to say the next 3 weeks are going to drag by so slowly.

Nah, you'll rebound quick. The first week back always sucks. You'll be doubling your performance before you know it.

^^^ this, but be sure that your sling is tight and the shoulder is well supported. Most of the time the pain is due to movement in the joint that will go away as it heals, but initially, keep it well supported.

7 days but finally back at pre surgery weight tonight. Now just keep these macros for a few more weeks maybe throw in one slight cheat MEAL on a Saturday to keep me from losing it and get these last 5 lbs off

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Did not weigh in this morning... Forgot to check it since I was running late already. I know it isn't good though. Haven't been eating great.

I'm blaming today's scale number on the fact that I attended a TW meet at a Mexican restaurant last night and went totally overboard. But damn, it was worth it.

Today's punishment will be 70 minutes on the stairmaster this afternoon without any breaks.

Won't be able to workout upper body in the next few weeks, cut my forearm with my pocket knife yesterday, ended up getting 4 stitches and I either bruised a muscle or cut it a little bit.
Still sore today, can't lift more than a few lbs, and ended up calling out of work and I'm on light duty for the next weeks according to the Dr.
