Nice write up man...we had some good times and learned a lot. You should put in the write up to make sure and put the ABS sensor in the spindle before attaching it to the truck. too bad we didn't get pics of that tight space lol...I think my thumb still hurts.

i love how the lca's are now tucked so to say, and not dropped down vulnerable



for the grinding. the only grinding we needed to do was when installing the disks on the new spindles, the welds were protruding to much so we had to grind down the outer edge of the disk on the left part of it in the picture there, were it mounts. in blue is the edge we had to grind down to make it fit.

thats the pos little area you got to work with to put the ABS sensors back on, not the best way i can spend 15-20 but it must be done

 

right now i just got an aal from toytec for the back. will be adding 5100's and maybe a custom leaf pack for the back but definetly sam height dont want to go any higher than it is right now

 

get some spindles and taylor his dad and myself will do out best to help you out with em!!

 

thanks for the pics dude. looks awesome. was honestly sketched about the grinding part but these pics really helped me understand and thats not bad at all. all i gotta do now is learn how to bleed brakes for adding the new brake lines and ill be good to go with the install. did all those pages you were reading in one of your pics come with the spindles? or did you find em someplace else. thanks again for your help and info. heres to a sick looking truck and happy new year.

 

the install instructions came from total chaos. bleeding brakes easy. let all the fluid drain out when doing the extended brake lines. there 2 stages for the brake system so when the front drains the back still is in great shape. install new brake lines, there a little nub top right corner of the disk that you attach a tube to, open the drain, then pump the brakes. fill up the resevior and your golden!

 

Did you need to get new UCA's when you put these in?

 

You don't need uca's and no I had them due to my previous lift.
