    can anyone suggest foods for high protein low carb low fat diets
    I need about 300-370g a day right now and I'm limiting my damn protein shakes as I'm getting some serious bloat from it. UGHHHHHHHH ( protein is 3-3.5x KG )

    I've been with Verizon's cell service since I was in 8th grade and love it. I ended up calling them and it'd just be cheaper to use my phone as a hotspot. I have 4G at the new house, so I'll only be paying like $15 per GB I go over on my 20 GB plan. We might have to tone down the streaming, but at least we'll be able to look at dank memes n shit.

    I, too, have DirecTV currently and really like it, too. We're gonna shop around on satellite/cable and see what the best deal we can get is. I wish I could just pay for certain channels. We only watch tv from like 7pm to 11pm and all we watch is Bizzare Foods, Family Guy, and Seinfeld lol.

    I don't play video games online. I have an Xbox One, but I just play Assassin's Creed and GTA V like 2 hrs a month. My Xbox is mainly our outlet to Netflix

    I'm so glad we don't have to go with satellite internet. Such a fucking rip-off. I can't wait until Verizon Fios gets down here (if it ever does). it's supposedly like 5 times faster than google fiber aaaaaaand there's no data caps.



    chicken, 97/3 ground turkey, basically any seafood (some are kinda high in fat, but most aren't), extra lean ground beef, venison, buffalo, egg whites, low-fat cottage cheese, Greek yogurt (the stuff I eat has like 13g carbs, but they do have low-carb options)

    Aw man, I love ground turkey. I eat a 93/7 turkey burger for lunch every day. Just cook it in liquid aminos and lemon pepper...amazing. Also, making spaghetti with it is pretty damn good, too.

    We've got the 6141 which apparently isn't very compatible with TWC. The 6183 is the next up which I've heard works well. Yours is cheaper though...

    back on gym related topic - I went late today around 3 to get a back/bi day in. Was mid workout when I saw a buddy walking out to the pool who I hadn't seen in a while (since thanksgiving-ish) so I went to say hey. He said 'you are looking huge' and I played it off but then he said 'your legs look giant'
