    No, it's one you clip onto the battery for power. It's got crazy long power and air lines. You could get the smaller ARB compressor and mount it there but those are like $300

    Just the essentials and no extra fluff.
    "High clearance required" on forest service roads usually means "don't drive your civic down this road." Good all terrain tires and a way to deflate, repair, and inflate them will be more valuable than a lift. If you're driving on your own then look into a set of Maxtrax or Treads. Don't forget the shovel.
