My brother has an SR9 and he likes it, he has not had any problems with it.

But for me, a 9mm in single stack, I prefer the G43.

Anyone have experience with a Springfield XDS? How does it compare to other single stack polymer pistols?

I've put about 100 rounds through the XDs my sister has and I conceal carried it for about an hour yesterday in an aliengear cloak tuck 3.0.

It shoots very well, we had an issue of it not feeding/ejecting wolf steel case but we only have about 250 rounds through the gun so it's still pretty tight.

I personally prefer it over my dads Shield, it's a little easier to shoot, it has a fiber optic front sight, and you can use the different capacity mags to change the length of the grip.

XDs in a IWB vs my full size M&P in a OWB.

Yes sir, I have plenty. It was Gun of the year for 2014, and then again in 2015, and with great reason! It does compare very closely to the shield, but so far from everyone that I've seen, prefer it over the shield, better trigger, one more round then the shield in the 9 mm extended Version, better site acquisition. And it manages recoil exceptionally well.

Just ordered a G43 today. Local store has 16 in stock but they're already spoken for. Mine will be in sometime next month. Didn't think it would still be in this high of demand. Anyways, I can't wait to get it.

Went and shot this today. Tons of fun. About 200 rounds through it for break-in.

Please send me his info and if possible where he went to school or who he apprenticed under. My smith is in Colorado for major projects, but I'm always looking for a competent person closer for small jobs.

Thanks. I was hoping to see he went through Trinidad. His page doesn't say where he is located. Any idea what town? If he is close I'll pay him a visit.

Most plate carriers will fit curved plates correct?
Ordered a carrier and looking to get some plates so it has some backbone when loaded.

I've been looking into the g43

have you compared it to the G43? looks like it has a lot going for it, especially at blue label pricing

let me know how you like it, this will most likely be my ccw.

EDIT: disregard, caught up in the last few pages
