On my 1998 2WD Tacoma, I just replaced a cracked U-joint that connects to the wiper fluid pump, which was the source of the leak.

I'm posting this info because the original U-joint has been obsoleted and information on the replacement parts was scarce.

First, here is the wiper fluid pump assembly I'm writing about.

Here is a close up of the original U-joint, 85376-06010.

This part has since been replaced by these two parts.

    U Joint 85376-06011

    Joint, Washer, C 85357-07010

My original hose was fine so I re-used it.

Here's how the replacement assembly looks.

Mine was cracked just like yours. I put JB Weld on it and it seems to be doing the trick. I think it still leaks a little, but it'll do.

If mine goes out again I'll def go this route.

    Thank you!

Thanks for a useful 1st post, instead of the normal what aggressive tire, what lift and what wheels posts!

8+ years later and your post is so much appreciated. Ordered this one (85376-06011) and was very confused as to what I received. Online parts guy on the phone and local parts guy in person had no solution!! Funny they replaced one little molded rubber u-joint with two different items. Maybe it'll last forever now instead of the ~375k I have on this one. lol

    Thanks again,
    rj
