I'd check the front ball joints. The life you save could be your own or someone else's. Don't even thinking about buying Moog or some other brand if you do replace them.

All the suspension components (shocks, springs, bushings and bumper stops) unless you've already upgraded. Engine belts and rubber hoses. O2 sensors. Ready for another 15-years and 200,000 miles!

Well if I can't use Moog or some other brand, that leaves no other option.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
OEM or go home. Heard nothing but problems with aftermarket balljoints and on these trucks you want nothing but the best.

    OME and worth every penny.
Mine were fine at close to that mileage but the rubber rotted off.

Jack it up, put a 2x4 under the wheel as a lever and pump up and down....if the wheel assy. moves separate from the susp. prolly a bad BJ. Usually a clunk accompanying the movement.

I just got mine yesterday with 95k miles on it and after some recommendations from guys on here, I'm thinking bout getting the timing belt and water pump replaced next month since I won't be driving till I get back. Wonder if that's too soon.

OP it's awesome to see how many miles these truck go, one of the biggest reasons I got one.

I've ran that motor for 308k only reason it quit was cause I had my dirt bike in the back and pinned throttled it up a hill, I even ran the tranny oil for 30k my truck still ran for 500 more miles and sold it change engine and tranny oil EVRY 6k miles and your truck will run forever

If they've never been done, I would consider replacing the center support bearing and u-joints on the rear drive shaft. Mine had 215K on them before they were replaced and while they didn't look/feel all that bad, it was a night and day difference in driveline smoothness after I replaced them.

A fuel filter isn't a bad idea either if it hasn't been done in a while...

    Other than that, drive it!:burnrubber:

I'm at 505,000 miles and would advice Your biggest upgrade while your at 200k and something to do is replace your front rotors with drilled and slotted rotors using a steel grade strength of 3500 only!! NOTHING LESS, then you will not have any warping issues and rotors will last a long time, also use EBC green stuff 7000 series pads and your truck will stop on a dime.
Then replace your head light bulbs with HID 55 watt bulbs in the 4300 color range.
    Use the kensun kit,
The light these kits put out are amazing, 3 times the light of the normal bulb.
After doing these 2 upgrades you will wonder why you didn't do these earlier.
I would go through and replace all vacuum hoses as these get hard, brittle, warped
and lose THIER strength to seal well.
Any vacuum leak causes all sorts of problems and engine issues
Defiantly upper and lower ball joint with only Oem parts even if you think they are ok, I do mine evey 100,000 miles. You will probably save your life and someone else by doing them, the ball joints are a time bomb if not replaced
