Excellent thanks for the info. I think I am sitting at 23" even with my setup. I did a 3/1 lift from @lowrange but replaced the rear blocks with progressive AAL. Hoping to get coil overs some day. Anyway I'll look into some UCA and go from there. Thanks for the help in sorting this out.

Oh. My. Gosh. Your truck looks PERFECT! Just to confirm, this is Icon Stage 2 with the rear AAL? Done deal. Ordering tomorrow. Same suspension I was looking at and exact same tire size and it looks amazing. So pumped. Thank you so much @cparkphoto

Yep stage 2 with the icon 3 leaf AAL. I took the overload off. I would be curious to see what the ride felt like with it in though for just a touch more lift but really not necessary and I am still riding level with a decent sized load. I have a 5 gallon water tank on the shell and a sleeping platform made from 2x6's and 3/4" ply in the back.

Photo in the mountains was with 4 people in the cab, a Aussie shepherd, and a ton of camping gear in the bed too.

Sexy ride, cpark! What brand is your cargo rack and is it specific for this model?

Bajarack flat utility rack. Yep. They make it specific for the 16. Just beware you'll add a lot of wind noise with these. Not so much when they have a load on them though.

Awesome, brother. Thanks a million for the info. I hope my truck looks that awesome when it's done. Do you recall if the lift is just the factory settings that came set from Icon? Or did you mess with it at all besides the removal of the overload (i don't even know what that is)? I will also have a sleeping platform in back and always have surfboards and camping gear. Stoked to order this sucker up and get it put on!

I also have the Stage 2 kit installed. I removed the overload spring which is the flat leaf at the bottom of the pack.

Looks insane! Hoping my 265/70/17 don't look too small when I put this on. Feeling confident though as @cparkphoto has the same kit and shoes and it looks awesome.

No worries. Also forgot to mention that i left the coilovers at the factory setting. No adjustments made.

No UCA's...? I hope you have not been asked this 800 times but the Icons Stage2 typically does not come with UCA's as I am sure you know...any looks good and you have a lot of can clearance from the pic with the 285's, so I am guessing you have some primo UCA's with 2-4 caster setting.

First time anyone has asked lol. I'm running the stock UCA's. Haven't had a problem with rubbing at all on the pavement with the 285's. Don't plan on taking it off road anytime soon, so I'm good for now.

Interesting, I see you got the SR5 and most of the issues I have seen seem to come from TRDOR DCSB 4x4, not sure why but there is a percentage that come back rubbing with 285's even after installing new UCA's, could blame it on alignment but this is one thing that has been bothering me for a while with no real bottom line...Like I said just the way it sits you have a good amount of clearance between your tire and cab, not sure what you have on your UCA/tire inside clearance, hope it all works out because it looks awesome....keep us posted, like the tire/wheels combo....pretty popular....knowing its hard to beat those NV's

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. Not sure what the deal is with the 4x4 models. Would be interesting to find out. As far as the my truck, I'm super happy about the entire set up. I'll take pictures of the UCA/Tire clearance and post them when I get a chance.

A quick question for those who have dealt with Headstrong, what are they doing with TW customers as far as incentives? TIA

Got a second alignment today from a different shop that uses old school equipment instead of computerized. They were able to get my caster to 2.25 on both sides with camber at 0.25 and toe at 0 to 0.03. Truck feels different. The steering feels more firm and responsive. I still need to drive some highway to finish the comparison. To me the wheel sits more forward than before so I presume they adjusted the lower control arm to make this happen.

The kicker was the cost was $40 cash and completed in half an hour while I wait compared to $70 and make an appointment at the dealership. Overall I am pleased about the decision to re-align before getting UCA added.

This will be best $40 you spend on your truck.. I'm sure they did better aligment compared to dealers, while old school equipment is good new technology is better, it's just people doesn't know hot to use it or simply lazy, willing to lie and steal your hard earned money. You can get aligment check for 20$ at most tire replacement centers. Have them print out copy for you, then go to dealer and ask for your money back as they told it's not possible to adjust your caster and camber. I would get aligment check just out of curiosity, don't think they were able to put castor at 2.25 but who knows!

Im wanting to put 285/70/17's on my truck, and im thinking of going with the bilsteins in the front instead of a full on lift kit since i dont do a lot of offroading.

If i raised the front, and left the rears factory, would it look pretty dumb, having the nose of the car sit a bit higher then the rear?

If so, i might as well just AAL, or so in the back?
