    Bumpers arent overpriced by other vendors. I somewhat thought the same thing before we started making them. They take a ton of work, a skilled fabricator and if you want repeatable work with quality and speed, very good fixtures and jigs. They take a ton of design time too. We have over 80 hours per bumper in just design time. Margins on fabricated (welded) items are traditionally lower too. Takes a long time to fit, weld, grind, sand and then crate and ship.
