Ah. The side I never take (because I'd rather go up radical hill)
So the east side of Webster is still drifted closed?

I saw pictures of people coming down red cone. Did they go up it backwards? Or is the red cone trail passable?

Honestly I really don't know that network of trails well. I have no idea how the other group got up there.

Based on the pictures it looks like they went over Red Cone and down Webster Pass toward Montezuma like we did that one time Eric. Pretty sure Webster from the 285 side is still snowed in. Good to see that Red Cone is open though. @NYCO

Went up to Geneva Creek Friday. It was fun. The trash in the site, loud music throughout the night, and people camping where they were not supposed to were not so much fun.

I was up there a week ago. Did you keep going up the trail? If you go to the top by the small lake before you head to the summit there are some sweet camping sites up there!

My friend and I busted through the 8ft snow drift blocking the trail to Chinns lake yesterday and had the best camping spot on the lake!

I've been there in past visits. My friend snagged the site earlier in the day before I got there. He wasn't familiar with the area and didn't want to risk it. Last year I explored the Baltic and Sill mines and noticed a lot of camping on the way.

Looks like they are going up in this pic. Bushducks still shows July 4th as the planned opening date.

Yeah I wanna know how that turned out considering that first hill from the summit. Maybe they just went up the first part to make sure the trail was clear?

Yeah, it would be interesting going up that, I think it would be doable, its steep and loose, but not too bumpy.

that drift was huuuuge up top! we bashed the drifts just below the top for a little bit the weekend before..kept sliding our ass downhill then sinking in deep...taco and 4runner locked f&r on 35s..

i walked up to the top and saw that massive drift and lost motivation to really push further...nice job
