So last night I was finishing up at the gym and this kid who has started competing in shows and shit thinks he's the man. Brings out his cooler bag and heats up Tupperware full of chicken and rice and proceeds to walk around the gym eating next to the machines. Seriously watched him eat his bro food for like 20 minutes while I was on the treadmill.

    I guess that's just #dedication and #mealtiming

Yea I mean I get it, was just weird seeing this dude spot his friend on bench then go back to scarfing down food and dropping grains of rice all over the floor.

Go eat at the juice bar or whatever

We looked into that, but we'd be in the same boat. Either we turn our phones into hotspots and use our data or we buy a whole new data plan just for the hotspot box. It's cheaper to just use our phones. All the box does is convert cell service into wifi (I think), which most newer phones can do anyway.

I smell the ingredients for a threesome

Sounds like a real cool dude

My old gym partner joined me today. He works out at like 5am now, so we haven't lifted together in like a year. He said he only did legs like once a month, so I know his ass is gonna be sore tomorrow....no pun intended ;) He was bitching about the squats and deadlifts, so we didn't really do much in that department :pout:

    front squats: 135x10, 185x8
    Romanian deadlifts: 135x20, 185x15
seated leg extensions: 3 sets of 10-20
lying leg curls: 3 sets of 10-20
    calves

also did some serratus pullovers. I'm gonna start incorporating those into my ab exercises after I do legs and calves. I skipped abs today b/c I did straight arm rope lat-pulldowns Thurs and my abs are sore as hell from it. That's a damn good ab exercise!

    Serratus pullovers:

No gym for me tonight. Work until 5:30 then home to change out both front axles. I was going to go this morning but slept through my alarm.

I mix it up and do them on either chest or back day. Never thought of them as an ab exercise :notsure:

I've seen what passes as an ab for @zacharypaul89 though :boink:

Those pull overs i do at the start of my chest session ensuring that i DO NOT activate much of my lats and Serratus. I call it the ratchet, where i lay flat on the bench and start with my arms pushed down as low as they go with the weight in front/ on top at the peak of the position. Then let it go back in 10 Degree increments rachetting back and forth to the previous point maintaining a full contractions. MR Green does them and goes into full details on why.

Im busy cooking what looks to be a pretty damn deadly chilli right now. Lean ground turkey, Chopped fine chunks of lean stewing meat, Pork loin chopped into small chunks as well, beans, lentils, Chillis etc.

It works out to be under 90 Calories per 100g with 9grams protein, 5g carb, 3.3g fat.
Ill see what a cup weighs in @ for ease of serving

Not to stir the pot...but where's your leg workout? What you listed looks like a great warm up!:stirthepot: A big, young, buff bronco like yourself should be hitting it a lil harder..:D

Just messing around! On a different note, what happened to the old man that was posting a pic of himself pulling his stone washed jeans down to his bladder? While shirtless..

Had a buddy video me doing bent over rows this morning to make sure that I wasn't moving too much or anything weird and I started mirin' myself. I've never been anywhere near this size and it's blowing my mind. Just shows me why we all do this. Pic bc vascularity and gainzzz

On another note, what do most of y'all row weight wise?

I think @LVTheMadness11 scared him away.
Or added him in snapchat so he got what he wanted and stays out of here now...
