I have done very little interstate driving but when I did drive at 75ish the mpgs were not great even with stock tires and wheels. Maybe 17-18. Lots of folks on TW reporting that you wll do better w/o CC.

I like cruise control, and I don't really care about mileage.

It did some work all right.......

If you call screaming down the highway at 5,000 RPM's all fucking day, "work".

I'm really curious to know how Toyota could put a 6,400 pound tow rating on this thing.

Third gen is better in every way.............except for towing. It's embarrassingly bad at towing.

Were you able to have a convo in the cabin with the exhaust and it rev'in out like that? I've had a few cars with short gears and exhausts. It was hard to have a convo and long drives often ended in a temporary partial hearing loss.

With the Magnaflow it was unbearable.

It tows OK up to 60 MPH, but at highway speeds it's atrocious.

Walked 4.5 miles, mowed the yard, installed new door hardware. Watching the Cowboys and the Wildcats in the CWS now and drinking a cold Founders All Day IPA. What did you bums do today? ;)

Best summer beer ever. What distance do you cover in 4 hours? 35-40 miles? Damn I miss biking. But I am also tired of broken bones.

Haha. I passed on the founders buying last night. Picked up a new local instead.

I reorg'd my Rollin tool chests. What a PITA. No idea where or how some of that junk ended up in there.

Thanks. Nothing fancy but usually well organized. I built that workbench out of scrap lumber probably 30+ years ago. My wife has tried to get me to replace it with something store bought, but they do not seem as heavy or sturdy. So...:lalala:

A store bought bench is against every rule of manhood.
