Hey. I took my 2009 4x4 Sport double cab to the dealer complaining about the shifting weirdness. I mentioned the tsb and the one for the rear leafs. After a few hours he said it did not apply to my truck? It still shifts weird under 20mph like it down shifts instead of up when accelerating. I called them back the day before Christmas eve and they said to bring it back and a mgr would look at it.

Looks like they are going to do the TSBs. They said the trans shift one is done. But they started the rear and took it appart and said the parts are not there. So they are getting me a rental

It might lift the rear end a little bit- My A/C sport long bed was less than 1 inch.
If you notice a lift to the rear end or you want to level it all out-GEt some bilstien 5100s.

Nice. Hey got my truck back yesterday. What a difference. The shifting is not erratic now and I do feel that the back is lifted up a bit. Not sure how much, I guess time will tell. I failed to measure the wheel wells prior to the TSB. The guy said the springs are higher but settle after a while and that no alignment is needed.

can someone explain why some refer to the rear TSB as a spring TSB and not a leaf tsb?

Right, but the leaf springs...some have said that they got 4 on their tsb? I do not see 4 on each side. I think that is only on a AAL.

You should have 3 primary and one helper leaf. The bottom helper one does not go all the way across like the main 3.
