ok need a little help here i got my lights. now figuring out wiring. i understand tapping into the green wire the only problem is here they use so much salt on the roads it'll leach in and ruin the wire. i've been trying to find a safe place to install an add-a-fuse link into the panel. they only hold 2 10amp fuses and i need a keyed hot. the only safe placee i've found is the head light fuse that also does the fog lights the problem with that is it's only hot when you turn on your headlights. any suggestions welcome please

i figured it out and all joints were soldered heat shrinked and wrapped. i did install quick connects to remove grill. the hardest thing i found was installing the actual lights trying to hold them while tightening the nuts.

If you need to resort to pliers, you could use a couple strips of rubber to cushion them so they won't mar the finish of the lights.

    Thanks! :D

It has slowly evolved into what you currently see with some minor changes to take place in the near future. Yes, I plan to add even more lights.

My truck is NBM (Nautical Blue Metallic).

Yeah, the name might fit better if my truck was black or metallic gray but I like the blue better. Believe it or not, this is how it looks when I drive at night. And I have never been stopped.

Nice! I like the flames.

I live in Virginia Beach where the cops are famous for giving out tickets. I guess they leave me alone because all of my lights are amber ( a legal color) and they aren't too different than extra marker lights like you see on tractor trailers. If I had under glow of any color I'm sure I would get stopped.
