There are definitely places where water dribbles in the front and back corners as well as along the sides but as they say, no tonneau is completely waterproof. I might add some rtv silicone along the rails to seal it up a bit more.

With the 2016 version, you get S brackets that lower the rail system. fyi, if you're looking for a cross bar, the rails will be an inch closer to each other compared to stock.

My Tacoma makes fruit smoothies. Runs my Magic Bullet with ease, just add fruit, ice and whatever libation you choose.(Only when camped out of course)....My kid's shave ice maker works too.
I decided to keep this one in the truck at all times. It can make you a hero some day..:canada:Right Jill? How do you guys use your power inverter..

I have used mine to charge batteries and run a drill in the desert. But I don't think I will have used it for its full potential until I blend up some margaritas back there. I think it's taken me a while since I prefer them on the rocks, but I am willing to bend on that.:thumbsup:

Missing My Last Tacoma --- Had 11 Toyota trucks in the past and many other Toyota cars too.
...^^^... FWIW ... my 6' bed cover has not leaked a drop in driving rain storm or strong blast from hose while washing it.

Only time I ever get water in the bed now is ... opening a very wet cover fast and drips a few drops ... if I don't dry off the edges first.

I could store 1 mill thick rice paper in the truck bed now and it wouldn't get wet. ... :)

Undercover SE (one piece) ... love this thing ... never have another truck without one ... it turns your whole bed into waterproof storage trunk ... :)

Brought my new 2016 home Thursday night. Upgrades thus far are an extang solid fold 2.0 tonneau cover and Husky WeatherBeater mats.
The long box is gonna take some getting used to. This is my first Tacoma - have wanted one for years and finally pulled the trigger.

Nice truck, know that feeling I owned a 2010 Tundra and always wanted to give the Tacoma a try, 2016 here as well, I installed the 2.0 and was worth it, no leaks and keeps it dry!

    Enjoy!

Thanks bro! And the ride is great I guess.. I can't really tell a difference from stock... But then again I bought my truck brand new only about 1 week ago and I through on the lift so I don't really have that much seat time with the stock suspension.. But it feel just fine! And with the rough country 3in lift I'm pretty close to level

Hilarious. I still haven't had a project free weekend in months. Toilet won't stop running in one of the bathrooms and keep buying replacement parts.

Stereo parts still waiting for an install

That's exactly why I replaced mine too. It was running all the time.
I'm still waiting to complete my audio install too. It's too damn hot in az right now to work in my garage. I have some 5100s waiting to be installed too...
