Not sure what springs you are running, but I'd be surprised if your N182s aren't limiting your droop already. Mine are maxed out with a 1"AAL on the a stock leaf pack.

I just ordered my flip kit, leaves, and shocks. I'm going to be running the dakars with b110s in the stock location, which are 27.28" extended.

I'm on stock springs (2+1) and I'm pretty sure the springs are the limiting factor. I had never looked at B110s until reading your post - now I have a set coming from Headstrong.

Next question is brake lines. I have stainless lines 3" longer than stock. Do I need to go longer for the shackle flip?

You may be ok with what you have. :notsure: hard to say until you get the flip installed. I have a feeling my +2" lines are not going to make it.

Do we Know what stock length is? Mine are buried in my storage unit, so measuring isn't convenient. I'll search elsewhere too and report back if I find the answer.

I measured stock 2011 lines today under the truck and they were about 20" overall

Ordering some 29" lines. The rear end will be all set up for the flip (Dakars, B110s, 29" lines), but the front has to get done before the flip. Hopefully I'll be ordering in a couple months. Thanks for all the info everyone!

Nicely packaged. Nicely finished. Going to look beautiful in place of those ugly stock hangers. Dakars and b110s arrive tomorrow from wheelers :bananadance:

    Can't wait to start cutting!

    :sawzall:

Where did you order your brake lines from?

I haven't ordered them yet, but I'll get them from @OCTaco. I bought my last set from him. His buddy makes them to order. Let me find the thread...https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/amazing-deal-on-steel-braded-brake-lines-group-buy.97331/

2 brake lines 29" long are $89 shipped. He's very easy to deal with and gets them out pretty quick. I've had his 3" extended lines on for a couple years now.

My Dakars and B110s went on today. I'm about to go pick up the truck.

Installed my flip today. I'm running dakars, and extended travel icon 2.0 shocks (56503R-EXT). I normally don't have much weight in the bed, with the exception of a dirt bike, or camping shit. shackle angle is at 25 deg. My truck is on a slope, so the shackle angle looks worse. Its not too bad, actually smoother than the inverted shackle. gained around 1" in the back. May try a smaller shackle to bring the height back down a bit.

Overall, very happy with the purchase. Thanks archive garage

Thanks for posting your results. I'd like to see you keep the 4" shackle. Some with Dakars have removed 1 of the 2 overload leaves which would lower you maybe 1/2". That might work good in your case with your not carrying much extra weight
