Lazyness and no time to stop at the good taco spots. It's usually when I'm on my way out of town and not passing anything worth a flip or when I would be hungover and they were the easiest and closes thing for me to get breakfast at. When made fresh they aren't half bad for regular tacos, they beat the hell out of all the other fast food options.

Can back up, buccees tacos are severely underestimated. Used to get one every saturday morning at the one by my house till I left for college. Tastes as good as double D's look

I do not, but that is a hell of a bumper for stock suspension and 2wd.

I bought my taco from bluebonnet used, and they were really simple to deal with. Really nice guys and were reasonable on price. I was able to talk them up about 2500, over what others offered on my trade in which was a surprise. They even replaced the battery "to be safe" because one of the guys had left the lights on for an unknown amount of time. I would recommend them based on my experience.

Speaking of bumpers, if anyone comes across a (non-ebay) cheap front or rear bumper, I'm starting to entertain the idea of swapping mine out. Already got my sliders :)

Had a Rudy' breakfast taco this morning, you should try them as well. There again, I prefer the fresh made ones, with Brisket and egg. Then I get lots of the jalapeno' and carrots. Good stuff.

I know of 3 around Houston, 2 are within 20 minutes of me, but I've never had the desire to eat BBQ from a chain restaurant gas station

I was leery the first time I got taken to one in Austin. Its actually not bad, not as good as home made BBQ, but not bad when I'm craving some BBQ during the middle of the week. Plus, there is one about 1000' from work.
