What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

picked this up for a deal, going to be replacing my existing switch for this beast.

 

Replaced my push pins in my bumper and grill.



Put these LED projector shorty bulbs in for front blinkers.

 

100% agree, my stock tires are shit too. 25,000 miles and waaaayyyy less than 1/2 tread left. I don't care too much because I want a lift and bigger tires, but that's not the point

Saaaaame here. I used to think coming back to this thread and finding 5 unread pages was a lot. Now I laugh at the thought!

 

My PC is going to melt from all the notifications I am getting from that thread....

This thread has definitely slowed down. On topic though, I drove my truck to work for the first time in a week...got some much needed R&R in SoCal.

 

Rolled 19,000 today

 

Managed to step away from the bumper thread, take it to the car wash and give it a bath.... Err... Direct my kid to give it a bath, is more accurate I guess. It was covered with roadkill after a 900+ mile trip.

Time to get it dirty again.

 

Love using the bays after wheeling for the pressure washers alone! Can't wait to move out of this apartment and have my own.

 

Heh. Every time I go wheeling, it takes me 3-4 washes to get all the mud from the bottom of the truck. The kicker is that all these bay car washes do not allow you to wash muddy trucks. So I go to a different one every time and make sure to bring a bucket and a shovel so I could clean up after myself and not get in trouble.

 

Aha smart. I just avoid mud at all costs, and where I go really isn't that muddy to begin with, which is a plus. This is some old ass bay on base that's a quarter per minute and no one uses it, so this is where I bucket wash my truck all the time.

 

Hahaha. I know how that goes.. I go to the same one down the street everytime after wheeling.. I get some dirty looks sometimes. Lol then back to the house for the real detail wash.

 

I need a better kayak...or a boat to tow.

What's the application for that switch? Are you running 2 batteries? I've seen similar switches that let you choose off, #1, #2, or both.

 

Removed secondary carbon air intake filter, cleaned maf and throttle body. I instantly gained anywhere between 75-0 hp
