    I went to school for welding and welding inspection.

    Weld size and length really isn't a tell all.

    There are plenty of things that are staggered/intermittent welded.

    You really would have to send it to an NDT shop to get it looked at to determine if its good or bad.

    You are definitely not getting the whole picture by some cellphone pics.
