What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

IF you mall crawl it, Rancho and Billies are great for curbs and the like.
IF you wheel it, everything ELSE but Rancho and Billies (I have learned the hard way that Billies only last couple of wheeling trips).


Edit: it would be wise to watch the amount of weight you are putting on your frame with that amount of metal cancer...

 

1. You're willing to buy a truck with a blown motor from someone who doesn't even know what kind of truck s/he has.

2. You constantly claim poverty as a reason why you didn't properly spray paint your grille and bumper fillers but have just recently bought coil overs and now are looking at a project truck?

If you're asking for money or an opinion, mine is "move on and save"

Tub, fenders, and flares all wrapped up looks like I hardly did a thing lol

 

I say that all of the time. People who do not know the movie look at me like I have balls hanging from my chin.

 

I thought you did have balls hanging from your chin

 

So you took 1.5" off the fenders correct? How did you reattach the flares lol? Just curious!

I had to take about 1 3/4" out of the front and about 1 1/2"+ out of the rear. I did a little post about how I did the flares in my build but basically just cut them to clear and used some small bolts, washers, and lock nuts in the stock mounting holes to hold them on. There a few pictures on my phone I'll upload.

 

Ordered a full OME suspension overhaul for mine, hopefully it should be here in the next week or two.

Also changed my air freshener from "New Car" to "Caribbean Colada".

 

So begins the frame swap !

 

Anyone know anything about jayco trailer Baja package???? Wanting to tow with tacoma wonder if it will be to high for the truck?
