I'm not questioning your methods man! I eat approximately 800 of my current 2100/day (on a cut) just for breakfast because I love breakfast so much. Shakes just don't do it for me and would leave me with hunger pains not long after. I am struggling right now at work trying to stave off eating until about 10 (15 min away) so that I am able to coast a little easier the rest of the night. Tummy ANGRY!

Why are you holding yourself off ? One thing I found was almond or some other nut (not peanuts they just didn't do it.) but about 5 or 6 of those I found satisfied my craving for food. And throughout the whole day I would have about a serving of them which in most cases is only 160 calories. I think a lot of my success came from not letting myself get hungry. If I got hungry is snack on a few Almonds or carrots or something and would be good to go. Still practice that currently. I save almost all of my calories for dinner and snacks at night mostly that's my hard time. But today that shake set me back.

My fixation with macros at this point keeps me from over-eating. That way if I am on vacation or something I just pig out and don't worry about it... I have an odd way of going about it all. Come the end of July into August though I fully expect to be knocking down 3500+ cal per day in liquor and hamburgers. It's a game of give and take that I force myself to play.

hit 5x295 on dead lift for last set (did 4 sets after a warm up) (this was my first exercise for this past leg day) THEN got 135 5x for last set of overhead squats (4 sets total, and this was my last exercise for the day). Really likin the OH squat weight after crushing legs the previous hour.

I think the limitation is flexibility, not strength, in the hip flexors. The only thing I would do to increase my squat numbers (unless you've completely plateaued at 3x bodyweight) is different squat variations.

Rough start to my morning. I have an hour to be at the gym before work (6am -7am). I decided to not leave bed until 6. Got here at 6:15 and gonna try to row for 30 min and then work on core for 15.

Maybe not everyone wants to be small...

That's how I was. I didn't start counting macros until a few years ago and I found out I was eating either way over or way under my needs. To me, it's just simpler to eat the same thing every day and know exactly what my numbers are. Plus, eating the same thing each day doesn't bother me....all this is good in theory until the weekend gets here :anonymous:

I usually go with pickles. I love pickles and keep a jar in my fridge at home and work. Whenever I'm absolutely starving, I go get a plate full. 0 calories.

Passed out last night when I got home and missed a meal. I ate it for breakfast instead and I'll pretend I ate it last night. :notsure:

I'm at 2400 a day right now and it's not too bad. I wake-up at 8 and fast until around 3pm where I normally eat my first meal. For those 6-7 hours during the day before breakfast I don't really feel hungry. Maybe my body has gotten used to it by now. Although last Saturday I went wheeling and didn't eat anything until around 6pm.I started feeling hungry around 4.

I kinda do that with alcohol. If I drink 700 calories worth of alcohol on Saturday, I'll delete 700 calories from my diet on Sunday...obviously, it's not working too well :anonymous:

    If I don't eat by 9am, I'd pass out

Awesome upper day today. Went wild on traps at the end of my workout

dumbbell incline bench press: 3 sets
dumbbell flat bench flys: 2 sets
    wide-grip pullups: 3 sets
    v-grip t-bar rows: 2 sets
dumbbell standing overhead press: 2 sets
dumbell bent over reverse flys: 2 sets
dumbbell standing front raises: 2 sets
barbell shrugs: got up to 450 on these (with wrist straps): 4 sets
standing ez bar curl: 3 sets
    machine preacher curls: 2 sets
    close-grip bench press: 3 sets
    machine triceps extensions: 2 sets

And just to show y'all how real the realness of my laundry room lighting is, this is a pic in my laundry room vs. a pic in the gym's tanning bed room. I think my laundry room is on steroids...

I miss those heavy bells. My gym maxes out at 75. My old gym went to 100 and I spent a long time working my way up. The first time I got the 100s I did them for 10. It's all mental. The first rep was the hardest thing I've ever pushed in my life. Once it was up the next reps were adrenaline fueled bro science gun shot sound effect reps
