I do Not feel what I said was particularly disrespectful, It's a fact that Humility is severely lacking in today's world. But hey this is the internet right everyone is entitled to an opinion.

 

Actually what I said was I've never known anyone in the military (particularly the Marine Corps) who didn't give enough of a damn to capitalize the M when referring to themselves as a Marine.

Not a single one I know would ever do that, for a variety of reasons that have to do with the military and pride of service, and a variety that don't have to do with it.

Not sure what you're attempting to say, but when a claimed military member lacks that minor (yet major) attention to detail in regards to their service, I don't have any reason to believe their claim to be true.
