Those of you looking for LEDs, check out these. I was skeptical at first when buying this bar because it is relatively cheap, but it has a lifetime warranty, is nowhere near the cost of baja and rigid, and comes from a known brand, Morimoto.

That's the one I have, I had it out at Cleghorn and our Rowher meet a few weeks ago. I like it, it mapped out Rowher really well for me when planning a trip awhile back. Also helped me find where to meet you guys at our Cleghorn meet last month when I couldn't find the staging area lol. I keep it in my truck for reference when needed.

One thing I like about it is that it has GPS coordinates for entrances to all of the trails it lists

 

You have it? Says it has 70 trails in so cal. Just wonder if they are a bunch of pussyass fire roads.

 

Sweet. Can you bring it to Cleghorn? I would like to check it out before I spend $30 on it.

Definitely, I'll bring it along. I've been reading up on the Mojave/Desert Valley trails and they look like they've been mapped out pretty well in the book.

 

I like where you heads at! Just trying to get ahead on some future trail runs.

 

That's affirmative. Handy little book. Used it a couple weeks ago in Big Bear with @ODNAREM. I forgot my copy at home but luckily he had his. I like that it includes gps coordinates. It's got more than pussy ass fire roads for sure. The John Bull Trail in bug bear is one of the most advanced, difficult trail there is in California. We hit Jacoby Trail and did if the Skyline Trail as well. Skyline is a super easy trail which a smart car can handle. Jacoby Trail is moderate that requires careful line selection and tire placement.

 

Nice man. When you gonna wheel with us again? We're hitting up Cleghorn for round 2 on Saturday. Looking to conquer all of it this time.

 

Word. Cleghorn is fun. I wasn't aware of this Saurdays cleghorn run. I'll be in big bear from sat-monday wheeling and well, glamping. Got an airbnb for the 4th. I know you're Wheeling cleghorn sat but you and whomever else are welcome to come up and wheel Sunday.

 

He and I wanted to make the last meet but neither rigs were ready-- hopefully after this four day weekend we'll be good to go.

Thanks for the invite! Unfortunatley Saturday is my only free day this week . Our next Tacoma World Meet up is Gonna be in Big Bear I think. Keep checking in on this thread cause we all go wheeling at least twice a month.
