Oh you know... Another day in the shade. Spent a little time gettin lost on back roads with my son this morning after dropping my daughter off for her horseback riding lessons.

Got pulled over for looking suspicious?? Asked the officer exactly how did i look suspicious? He said i saw you drive down a few different dirt roads suspiciously. I smiled and said Yessir, I'm just cruising wasting time. There wasn't any signs saying i couldn't drive there so i was exploring. Then he asked about my grille.... If i bought the truck like this or where i had it made. He wasn't rude or anything and i didn't get a ticket but i thought it was funny. I almost think he pulled me over just to ask about the grille LOL

    How's it going bud?

thanks for the responses man, really appreciate it. i think i am probably going to go the same route. already have revolver x2, need more cargo room for upcoming vacation. i was considering grabbing a cheap trailer hitch cargo carrier from harbor freight, but i think i would prefer the bed extender for it's additional long-term utility, especially when it's folded in and i can ditch my cargo bar.

I use theP3. Make a carbonated box to spec and tape it where you want it , use it for a week and see if you hit it.

I replaced the bolts around my bed storage doors. There is a company here in AZ that makes these bolts with a special key. I'm mother storing anything really expensive in there but I figured since I bought the mobtown locking storage doors someone might think I did so this will keep thieves from being able to just removed the bolts and taking the entire pocket.

I got the bolts from http://www.brycefastener.com

I completed the installation of my LED bed lights using a D-cab's off-door-on cargo light switch since I have an Access Cab with no cargo light mine didn't come with that switch. Here's the thread I created regarding this installation/modification.

They sure do! One of the main reasons I got them. My truck is parked in a parking garage most of the day.

I don't know why the one for the 4.0 would not work. Nor do I know why it says it is for a 2016 Tacoma 4.0 V6.
