We'll looks like it is time for tires again. At 32K the Dunflops had seen better days. Got a set of BFG KO's in LT265/75/16 from the P245/75/16 Dunflops. Now that I have hit 100K it's time for new tires again. Really impressed that I got 68K out of the BFG's. This time I am going for the Michelin Defender LTX M/S in a P265/70/16.
The BFG's are just too stiff and rough for my daily driver back and forth to work. This way I can get my mpgs back that I lost with the BFG's. The Dunflops P245/75/16 came in at 32lbs a piece, the Michelin P265/70/16 come in at 36 lbs. The BFG's were somewhere between 63 - 65 lbs a piece in a LT265/75/16. Just looking for a good all around season tire with great traction and wear that better suits my needs.

Just the essentials and no extra fluff.
How much tread depth is left after 68k miles?

All four are different. I'll find out tomorrow and let you know.

Got the Michelin Defender LTX M/S in P265/70/16. Truck rides so much better. Had a pull to the right with the BFG's and thought I might need a front end alignment. Not the case, new tires and she drives straight as an arrow. Also only put 30 miles on them today and my Ultragauge has shown my avg mpg has gone up 2 mpg in only 30 miles. Need to recalibrate the Ultragauge since I went down on tire size.
