Almost posted in here earlier about how excited I was about dinner tonight. Tomorrow is my anniversary and we always go to this steak house for dinner. Well even without the post I still managed to jynx it. We were waiting for our table and this epic thunderstorm came blowing in and knocked out the power. They switched to a "storm menu" that was less than appetizing so we left after stuffing our face with their amazing cheese and crackers (free obv). We hit up our old sushi spot that is near our first house that we never get out to anymore so I'm still considering tonight a W. Plus, I get a make up steak night soon :dancingbacon:

I did back/bis and intervals this morning. Went back in for more intervals this evening. Gotta get that last bit of stubborn fat burnt off, ya know?

Probably a good thing that I do go twice. My buddy's girl made home made lasagna and invited me over after we were tearing down a house. I ate too much...

Lol I thought you were an old timer...

Well, I started at age 23 (28 now). I dinked around in high school/college but didn't take it serious until then. Knowing what I know now and having the gains I've had in these 5 years I regret so badly not taking it serious earlier in my life. You are getting at it at the right time, grasshopper

No, but I have a cheap silicon case I got off Amazon for like $10 and love it. The watch still looks brand new. Rugged Armor or something like that.

A masturbation joke at that...I thought it was obvious

Don't forget about your baby Bud Light. That's at least 14 calories.

Same. I didn't start until around 20-21. Wish I would've started in high school

My left knee pops every time I bend it. Got it checked out in high school and it was just an air pocket or some shit. Might not be as bad as you think unless it hurts.

 yea. There were several of those consumed.

We were operating heavy equipment...we had to have something. And that's what happened to be in my buddy's cooler.

I'll never be near any of you guys..started at 40, 2 yrs ago. Nuff said :)

Knees..ugh. Can't hurt to get it looked at. My right knee is garbage. Among other things, zero cartilege at least as of 5 yrs ago and I'm sure before that. It locked up so bad I couldn't bend it at all for 6 weeks in 2011. Crutches and heavy brace.

There are certain activities that are un-American to do without drinking and operating heavy equipment is one of them. Also on the list is fishing, mud-bogging, shooting guns, watching football, etc.

I have been eating like shit the past 2 weeks. Totally letting myself go. No keto, no macros, no nothin'. Just making sure I get enough protein, and not worrying about anything else. I am going back to "keto" after this weekend. While I have enjoyed the extra carbs at the gym, my scale hasn't.

Went to the gym today with no plan. This has always been a big no no with me when it comes to lifting but I just decided to hit what felt like it needed work and ended up having a pretty good upper day with some good core work at the end. Still trying to let my knees rest a bit. They are usually pretty stiff in the morning but feel good as the day goes on. I'll hit legs hard after this holiday break...but then I am going to Vegas so hasta la vista gainz :anonymous:
