When my wife isn't home and my daughter gets hungry, she asks where we are going to eat.

Well I work a 9-6 and typically have to stop at the store, cook and clean most nights. My wife has gotten better but never plans ahead (despite not working). I despise the "what should we do for dinner" question when I call her on my way home from work. I will literally eat anything she makes and she is always the picky deciding factor but leaves it up to me. Drives me crazy as I love to cook but not at 6:30 instead of spending time with my daughter.

    Woof.

I had an ex like that, but worse. I worked 12-15 hour days and would come home to a house with a sink full of dishes, nothing cleaned, nothing cooked - and she'd ask me what was for dinner! :bananadead:

After 2 years of that it was either time to get married or time to split, so I broke up with her and let her keep driving my new car for 5 more months because I was too fucking nice.

Can't hang with that anymore, if it isn't 50/50 or close to it, ain't nobody got time fo dat.

I play this game too ... it's so fun! =|

I will eat anything, even if I just had it the night before or whatever, and she's super picky... doesn't like fast food, doesn't like eating too much of the same type of food, yadda yadda. Yet deciding food is somehow always my burden. Usually made worse by the fact that I eat more at each meal so I'm not hungry yet by the time she starts getting there. So we get to play this game:

    "I'm getting hungry, are you?"
"Not really, but I can get something small if you wanna eat now"
    "What would you want?"
"Doesn't matter to me, I'm not the one who's hungry..."
"Well do you have any ideas?"
    "Thai?"
"I dont really feel like thai"
    "Mexican?"
    "Naaaaaah"

Repeat until she begrudgingly settles for something or I give up and just go back to what I was doing until she brings it up again, then start from near the top. But dont ya dare try to call em on that crap, you'll be the bad guy no matter what.

I'm stoked for this season. I'm like 20 rows from the end zone. Seats were cheap for where they're at.

My wife loved the Flippac too, but she never slept in it at the Kirkwood parking lot after a night of wet snow. That's what made me lean towards the 4wc. If Nemo made a replacement tent for it, I wouldn't have switched.

BTW, most wives & GF's see the popup camper and want one. If this ever happens at a meet/ wheeling trip, and you really don't want a pop-camper, give me a wink/ secret handshake/ code word. I'll tell her it causes claustrophobia, lowered efficiency by 7 gpms, gets tagged all the time, attracts bears & yellow jackets, etc...
