Dealer says if I order today (end of month) he can give me a DCLB 4x4 Off-Road Tacoma (+ tow only) for $34k.
He says since it is the end of the month I would have to act fast if I want that price. What do you guys think?

Yes but offer him $33K to close the deal BEFORE The end of the month... don't believe those lying POS sales people either... the end of the month for that truck could be anytime.

Sounds good. I think I paid $33.4 for the same, but 4x2. I had tow package, tonneau, mats, mud flaps, TRD air filter, and Entune.

I'm on Central Coast of California, so we pay a bit of a premium.

Yeah wait until signing day when he tags on all of the extra fees, dealer adds, and other fluff.

Second that on countering to $33k. I would suggest building one on Toyota's website to see MSRP (for your location) and decide what you want to spend. Show this salesman that you're interested but make him sweat it out until the 23rd hour. I show MSRP at approx $36,250

I think I'd offer 33K and hold fast. I paid 32,800 OTD for my DCSB OR with towing only.

Yeah I wanna see what all the extra costs will be. Having him send an invoice with all costs.

Did you already use the invoice pricing thread to price it out?

This is invoice cost but does not include tow package or floor pats. I have only seen a couple of people get below 34k on this forum for my configuration and not my much, maybe a couple hundred.

Doesnt seem like that great of a deal. I'd offer him $500 over invoice and hold firm. Floor mats and towing package are not $2000

I'd do this. It's a good deal. I got mine 500 over invoice.

Without the build sheet/invoice it is hard to gauge how good the price really is...

This price doesn't include $900 delivery either. So 33 or 33.5 would be a good deal. Just keep in mind that model is the most rare. In California it would be sold before it hit the lot for close to sticker.

I got my DCSB TRD OR 4X4 with prem tech (no JBL) and tow for just over $35K before tax.

    Your region's pricing may differ.
